Sourdough Naan Recipe
In the bowl of a stand mixer, use the paddle attachment to combine the sourdough starter, milk, yogurt, and olive oil.
Add the flour and sea salt, then use the hook attachment to mix on low speed until a dough forms, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Form it into a ball, return it to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
Divide it into 8 equal portions, and form each portion into a ball. Allow the dough to rest for about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it’s about ⅛ inch thick.
Cook the dough in olive oil or ghee over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.
