Sour Cream Pork Chops
Get the Recipe
Preheat the to 400°F, and place a large pan in the oven. Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Set aside.

Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mixture.

Transfer the pork chops to the hot pan, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Place the pan back in the oven, and cook for an additional 6 to 10 minutes depending on thickness.
