Soft Honey Wheat Bread

This Honey Wheat Bread Recipe is so simple and makes the best fresh bread!

Ingredients

– water – milk – active dry yeast – granulated sugar – all-purpose flour – honey – extra virgin olive oil – egg – salt – whole wheat flour

Mix together water, milk, yeast & sugar. Set aside & let sit until foamy.

Add flour, honey, oil, egg & salt to the mixture. Mix until combined.

Remove the dough, form a ball & place into a greased bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap & let rise until doubled in size.

Roll the dough into a large rectangle & place into a greased loaf pan.

Cover & let rise until it’s 1 inch above the pan.

Remove the plastic, then bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes.
