Sausage and Peppers Pasta
In a large skillet, heat oil, and cook the sausages turning every 3-4 minutes until the outsides are browned. Remove to a waiting plate.
In the same skillet, add the peppers and onion. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds. Cut the sausage into pieces and add back to the pan.
Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine, and simmer for 8 - 10 minutes until the sausage is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir the cooked pasta noodles into the sausage and pepper sauce. Serve hot, and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
