Roasted Butternut Squash
Add diced butternut squash, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and sage to a large bowl.
Toss to combine ensuring the ingredients are well mixed.
Transfer the squash to the prepared baking sheet, and spread into an even layer.
Bake on 375°F for 10 minutes, flip, then turn the oven heat up to 425°F. Continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite entree.
