Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Sweet Potatoes
Combine the brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, avocado oil, and salt.
Pour onto a prepared baking sheet, and bake at 425°F for 20-30 minutes.
Add the pecans and maple syrup. Gently mix the ingredients on the baking sheet, then return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve hot as a side dish.
