– brussels sprouts – sweet potatoes – pure maple syrup – avocado oil – garlic cloves – salt & pepper – pecans

Ingredients

Dice the sweet potatoes into cubes.

Chop the brussels  sprouts.

Combine brussels sprouts, potatoes, oil, syrup, garlic, salt & pepper.

Place veggies on a baking sheet.
