Roasted Asparagus & Brussels Sprouts

Our Roasted Asparagus and Brussels Sprouts recipe is a healthy, delicious side dish that is full of flavor.

Ingredients

– brussels sprouts – asparagus – avocado oil – kosher salt – garlic powder – onion powder – ground black pepper

Separate the asparagus and brussels sprouts between two mixing bowls.

Divide the oil & seasonings between the bowls. Toss until well coated.

Place brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet & roast 10-15 minutes.

Add the asparagus to the pan & continue roasting for an additional 10 minutes.
