Roasted Asparagus and Brussel Sprouts
First, cook about 4 slices of bacon to the desired crispiness. If desired, feel free to add more bacon. After the bacon is finished cooking, crumble it into pieces and set aside.
Wash, dry, and cut the asparagus and brussel sprouts. In a large bowl, combine with avocado oil and sea salt.
Transfer the veggies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
After the vegetables roast, add the bacon and cranberries. Toss to combine.
Transfer everything to a serving dish, and drizzle with your favorite balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
