Pumpkin Sourdough Bread
Place flour, pumpkin puree, sugars, sourdough discard, oil, water, eggs, baking soda, spices, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5- inch loaf pan. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, then decrease the oven temperature to 350°F.
Bake for an additional 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before placing on a wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
