Potato Corn Chowder

Potato Corn Chowder is perfect for a cold or rainy day. Make a large pot for the whole family to enjoy this season.

Ingredients

– thick cut bacon – white onion – carrot – celery rib – garlic cloves – all-purpose flour – kosher salt

– ground black pepper – smoked paprika – gold potatoes – chicken broth – sweet corn kernels – half & half – honey

Cook bacon to desired level of crispiness.

Add carrots, onions & celery. Cook until soft. Add garlic & cook 30 seconds. Sprinkle with flour & seasonings.

Add the potatoes & chicken broth. Boil, then simmer. Cover & cook on med for 10-15 minutes.

Add the corn & cook for 8-10 minutes.

Blend the soup into a chowder. Add  half & half, honey, and bacon.

Garnish & Enjoy!
