Pesto Garlic Bread
Lightly toast two halves of bread on a large baking sheet.
Rub garlic on each piece of bread. Use a spatula to spread the pesto over the bread all the way to the edges.
Sprinkle half the cheese on one slice of bread and half on the other slice.
Bake the bread on 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes to brown the cheese.
Slice and serve warm. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
