Cauliflower
Get the Recipe
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and garlic cloves, and boil until the cauliflower is knife tender, about 10 minutes.

Transfer the cauliflower and garlic to a food processor. Add the Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.

Pulse until the cauliflower reaches the desired consistency. Use some of the boiling water if needed to thin out the cauliflower mash.
