Mascarpone Whipped Cream
Place the mascarpone and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
Using an electric mixer, combine the mascarpone and powdered sugar until combined. Then add the heavy cream, champagne, and vanilla.
Mix on medium speed for 3 to 5 minutes until stiff peaks form. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Enjoy chilled with fresh strawberries or other fruit.
