Maple Dijon Salmon

Maple Dijon Salmon is the fall entrée of your dreams!

– olive oil – stone ground Dijon mustard – maple syrup – lemon juice – garlic – kosher salt – ground black pepper – salmon filets

Ingredients

Whisk together mustard, maple syrup, garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Place the salmon filets into an oiled pan.

Brush the salmon filets evenly with the Dijon sauce.

Bake until the salmon flakes off when pierced with a fork.

Serve with green beans, rice, parsley & lemon slices if desired.
