Maple Bourbon Brussels Sprouts

These Maple Bourbon Brussels Sprouts are baked to golden brown perfection and smothered in the most mouthwatering maple bourbon glaze!

– brussels sprouts – avocado oil – kosher salt – ground black pepper – bourbon – balsamic vinegar – pure maple syrup

Ingredients

Arrange brussels sprouts on the baking sheet.

Bake for about 20-30 minutes.

Bring the bourbon & balsamic vinegar to a boil. Stir in maple syrup until glaze has thickened.

Reduce heat to low. Add the brussels sprouts to the pan.
