Lemon Pasta

Lemon Pasta is an easy pasta dish that’s bursting with fresh lemon flavor.

– linguine – olive oil – unsalted butter – lemon juice – lemon zest – asparagus – garlic cloves – parmigiano-reggiano – salt & pepper

Ingredients

Cook the pasta. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of  water.

Whisk olive oil, butter, lemon juice & lemon zest until melted together.

Cook the asparagus in oil, salt, pepper & garlic.

Add the pasta & asparagus to the lemon sauce. Toss to combine.

Add cheese & serve immediately.
