Jalapeno Cheddar Bread

Combine bread flour, 2 cups of all-purpose flour, yeast, and salt.

Add cubed cheddar cheese, and diced jalapenos.

Gently toss until the cheese and jalapenos are coated with flour.

Pour in warm water and stir the ingredients until a shaggy dough forms. Add more all-purpose flour if the dough is too wet.

Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size (about 30 minutes to an hour). Place a large Dutch oven and its lid into the oven and preheat to 450°F.

Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper, and bake in the Dutch oven with lid on 400°F for 40 minutes. Remove lid and bake for 15-20 minutes.
