Honey Roasted Carrots and Parsnips

Honey Roasted Carrots and Parsnips are lightly sweetened with honey then roasted to perfection.

– honey – olive oil – ground cinnamon – kosher salt – ground black pepper – carrots – parsnips – walnuts – parsley

Ingredients

Whisk together the honey, olive oil, cinnamon, salt & pepper.

Toss the carrots & parsnips in the honey mixture.

Arrange the veggies on a prepared baking sheet.
