Honey Garlic Green Beans
Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt to a small bowl.
Whisk to combine, then set aside.
Place the green beans in a pot of boiling water, and cook for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Drain.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and add the sesame oil and green beans. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Pour on the honey soy sauce mixture. Toss to coat, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve hot. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
