Homemade Salsa Recipe
Place quartered tomatoes in a food processor.
Next, add the diced tomatoes, white onions, and green onions.
Last add the chopped jalapenos and garlic.
Pulse just until the ingredients are mixed and chunky.
Transfer the tomato mixture to a skillet, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat, then add the cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Stir to combine, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips or with your favorite entrée.
