Hatch Green Chile Sauce
Place green chiles, onion, garlic, water, oregano, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender.
Pulse until the ingredients are well combined and chunky.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, and add the broth. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
Serve as a condiment with your favorite entrees or sides.
