Cook broccoli in salted, boiling water until bright green. Drain.
Cook onion in melted butter until soft. Add garlic & cook 30 seconds.
Combine soups, milk, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.
Stir in the cooked ham, cooked rice & blanched broccoli. Transfer to dish.
Top with remaining cheese & crushed crackers. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake until the filling bubbles & the crackers are golden brown.
