Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
Heat a pan over medium heat, then brush it with oil.
Cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Grab a large serving bowl, and add the lettuce.
Add the sliced chicken on top of the chopped lettuce.
Next, add cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced purple onions.
Add plenty of sliced avocado.
Pour on homemade lemon basil vinaigrette (recipe available on morethanmeatandpotatoes.com).
Toss to combine, or divide into serving bowls.
