Greek Yogurt Chicken Marinade

Place the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Whisk until the ingredients are well incorporated and smooth.

Place the chicken breasts in a large zip bag, then pour in the yogurt marinade. Refrigerate for at 30 minutes.

Discard marinade, and remove excess from chicken. Grill on an oiled grill/griddle on medium heat for 8-10 minutes each side.
