Gingerbread Bundt Cake
Whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt, cloves, allspice, and baking soda.
Use an electric mixer, and beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add the eggs, and beat until combined then mix in the molasses.
Add the flour mixture and milk, alternating between additions, and stirring until just combined.
Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Drizzle the cooled cake with a maple glaze. Slice and serve.
