Ginger Water
Peel fresh ginger root and cut into 1/2 thick pieces. Place in 6 cups of water.
Simmer for 30 minutes or longer for a more intense flavor.
Strain through a mesh sieve into a heat safe container.
Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Serve with lemon, honey, mint, stevia, or carbonated water.
