Cook the pasta. Drain & set aside.
Season the shrimp with garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt & pepper.
Add oil to a skillet. Cook the shrimp until pink on both sides. Set aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet. Saute garlic for about 1 minute.
Stir in the milk & cream. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper & cheese. Remove from heat. Stir in pasta & shrimp.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & chopped parsley.
