Egg Casserole

This Easy Egg Casserole with Croutons is the perfect make-ahead, hearty breakfast.

– breakfast sausage – onion – bell peppers – eggs – milk – heavy cream – ground mustard – salt & pepper – croutons – cheddar cheese

Ingredients

Cook the sausage. Soften onion & bell peppers in one tablespoon of grease.

Whisk the eggs until smooth. Add milk, cream, and spices.

Layer the croutons, sausage & veggies in a baking dish.

Sprinkle on the cheese & pour egg mixture over top.

Refrigerate at least one hour. Bake until the center is set.
