Coconut Jasmine Rice

Coconut Jasmine Rice is the perfect light and flavorful side dish.

Ingredients

– jasmine rice – full-fat unsweetened coconut milk – coconut water – granulated sugar  – kosher salt

Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.

Combine rice, coconut milk, coconut water, sugar & salt in a pan.

Bring to a boil. Cover & simmer 15-20 minutes.

Remove from heat  Leave covered for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

Top with toasted coconut & serve warm!
