Christmas Charcuterie Board
Before building the charcuterie board, prep the ingredients for faster assembly.
Start at the bottom of the board using some of the pecan pieces, and build the stump of the tree followed by a row of cubed cheese, grapes, then olives.
Fold slices of meat in half and then in half again to make a pretty fold and then fan them out a bit.
Place the folded meat in a layer just above the olives.
Place cucumber slices in a layer just above the meat layer. Use the remaining pecans for the top of the tree and place a cracker for the star.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs.
