Cherry Pie with Crumb Topping

This Cherry Pie with Crumb Topping is the perfect fruit pie!

Crumb Topping: – all-purpose flour – unsalted butter – light brown sugar

Ingredients

Filling: – pie crust – fresh cherries – granulated sugar – cornstarch – lemon juice – pure vanilla extract – almond extract – kosher salt

Ingredients

Mix together the crumble topping ingredients in a food processor.  Refridgerate.

Place cherries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, almond extract & salt in a bowl.

Transfer the filling to the prepared pie shell.

Distribute the crumb topping over the top.

Bake until the filling is bubbly & the top is golden-brown.
