Melt the butter in a large pan over low-medium heat, then a garlic and salt.
Saute until the garlic becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Add steamed broccoli to the cheese sauce.
Stir until the broccoli is well combined.
Add cooked pasta to the broccoli and cheese sauce.
Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
