Whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder & ginger into a bowl.
Combine pork chops & marinade in a freezer bag. Refrigerate for 30-60 min.
Place pork chops in a prepared baking dish & season with salt and pepper.
Arrange a pineapple ring on each pork chop, placing brown sugar & butter inside the rings.
Cover & bake for 25-35 minutes.
