Baked Pineapple Pork Chops

Oven-baked pork chops are easy to make and unbelievably tasty – perfect for your next family meal!

Ingredients

For the Marinade: – pineapple juice – light brown sugar – soy sauce – ketchup – garlic powder – ground ginger

For the Pork Chops: – boneless pork chops  – kosher salt – ground black pepper – pineapple rings – light brown sugar – unsalted butter

Ingredients

For the Glaze: – cold water – cornstarch – leftover marinade

Whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder & ginger into a bowl.

Combine pork chops & marinade in a freezer bag. Refrigerate for 30-60 min.

Place pork chops in a prepared baking dish & season with salt and pepper.

Arrange a pineapple ring on each pork chop, placing brown sugar & butter inside the rings.

Cover & bake for 25-35 minutes.
