Add the goat cheese and cream cheese to a large bowl, and use a hand mixer to cream together until fluffy.
Add garlic, Italian herbs, salt and pepper and beat again until thoroughly combined.
Stir in the parmesan cheese until well mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish.
Spread the mixture into an even layer.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the top.
Add tomatoes in whatever design that you prefer, then drizzle the remaining olive oil over the tomatoes.
Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until it starts to turn a light golden color and the tomatoes are soft.
Add fresh basil and serve with toasted baguette slices.
