Baked French Fries
Place sliced potatoes into a large bowl, and cover with ice water. Allow the potatoes to sit in the cold water for 30 minutes.
After the potatoes soak, drain the water and pat the potatoes dry with a clean towel or paper towels. Add the oil, garlic herb seasoning, parsley, and seasoned salt
Toss and ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Place the potatoes in an even layer on a large sheet pan. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 40 minutes flipping halfway through.
Serve hot with your favorite condiment or dipping sauce.
