Baked Corn on the Cob

Baked Corn on the Cob is one of the easiest ways to enjoy fresh corn.

– corn – unsalted butter – kosher salt – ground black pepper

Ingredients

Remove corn husks & silks.  Wash and dry.

Combine softened butter, salt & pepper.

Apply butter to the corn.

Wrap in foil & bake 40-50 minutes.

When finished, kernals will be soft and tender.
