Baked Chicken Breast

Get the Recipe

Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Trim any excess fat off the chicken breasts, pat dry, and place in baking dish.

Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and onion powder. Make sure to season both sides.

Cover and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 165° degrees when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken.

Remove the chicken breasts from the oven and transfer to plate. Keep the chicken loosely covered with foil and let rest at least 10 minutes before serving.
