Apple Cider Donut Cake
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, ginger, and ground cloves.
In a separate bowl, beat together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Use a third bowl to combine the apple cider and yogurt.
Mix the flour mixture and apple cider mixture to the butter mixture alternating between dry and wet ingredients beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
Scoop the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, and smooth into an even layer with a spatula.
Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
